Men’s Counseling

No reason to keep carrying all the weight on your shoulders.

So many men just like you suffer from anxiety, relationship issues, career stagnation, and depression but avoid sitting down with a therapist out of time and expense concerns.

Despite thoughts of overwhelm, feeling lost, and being directionless, too many men believe a “real man” can take care of himself.

There’s a road to positivity with a better direction, and you’re not a failure for taking the time to dive in and figure it out. Don’t think of it as therapy. Think of it as routine maintenance for your soul.

It’s time to untie the cinderblock you’re dragging around with you and start feeling excited when you wake up in the morning!

It’s about regaining a fulfilled and exciting life.

Men come to me for many reasons. Some of the most common issues experienced by many men involve domination by their partners, being mired in conflict with others, feeling exhausted by financial stress, and striving to cope with substance abuse.

Other men are challenged by heavy workplace anxiety, including terrible bosses, career stagnation, career fragmentation, and sabotage by colleagues all culminating in stress, depression, panic, poor sleep, and lowered self-confidence.

My goal is to work with men to discover potential, build emotional strength, improve effectiveness, and let go of ideas that aren’t helping anymore.

With me, you have someone who is here to listen, encourage, and help you focus on building more enjoyment and excitement in life.

We lay all the marbles on the table.

We get down to brass tacks with your life, thoughts, and the lies you’ve believed in all this time.

Alcohol didn’t fix things. Sex didn’t fix things. Enduring crippling humiliation at work and home hasn’t turned the train around. We lay it all out on the table and learn how to regain health, boundaries, peace, and your inner power.

Through a rational approach, you learn to retrain your mind and focus on productive thinking, balance, and reducing complications.

Remember, you have inherent value to yourself, your family, your friends, and your community.

Here’re the facts:

Three out of four American suicides are men. Three times more men are alcohol-dependent than women.

Men are dramatically less likely to seek psychological help for debilitating anxiety and depression.

73% of adults who ‘go missing’ are men, 87% of people experiencing sleep disorders are men, and 95% of the prison population are men.

Men have dramatically lower access to positive social supports (Men’s Health Forum, 2017).

Don’t be a statistic!
